Where We are Now & Where We're Going
Currently, around 20% of our SKUs are made in the USA, focusing on our top-selling materials. This is just the beginning of our journey toward greater local production. By 2027, we plan to have 30-35% of our product line manufactured domestically, enhancing availability and supply chain efficiency.
Polymaker aims to have 70-80% of our SKUs produced in the U.S. within five years, supported by fully automated, ISO-certified production lines. This growth will mean over 100 new extrusion lines and job creation for 100+ employees, positioning Polymaker as a leader in U.S.-based 3D printing materials
