What are the MOQ requirements?

A minimum order of $1,000 is required to check out. For reseller accounts, different MOQ requirement applies, and the $1,000 minimum does not apply.

Can I request a custom order?

Yes! We we offer customization options to fit your specific needs. Want a unique filament color to match your project? Or perhaps a larger spool size to keep your 3D print farm running more efficiently? We can make it happen! Contact us at support@polymaker.com and we'll work with you to create the perfect filament solution.

Can I choose how my order is shipped?

At checkout, choose to ship via boxes (UPS) or pallets (freight). You can also select a commercial or residential address to indicate if liftgate services are needed.

Can I speak with someone directly?

If you're experiencing issues on our wholesale website, contact our support team at support@polymaker.com or chat with us via the website's chat widget. Please note that live chat support for wholesale is only available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM CST.

What if I can't meet the MOQ?
