Return Window

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • All original labels and seals must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Polymaker reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

To initiate a return, contact support.na@polymaker.com with your order details.


If approved:

  • Return instructions will be provided

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

 

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

All shipments must be inspected upon arrival.

Report any damage, defects, or incorrect items within 5 business days of delivery.


If approved, Polymaker will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue a refund or credit at our discretion

 

Exchanges

Wholesale exchanges are not processed directly.

Place a new order and return the original item following the return process.

Refunds

Once received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution
